Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your watch strap or belt, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Like new condition – showing minimal to no signs of wear
- Clean and undamaged – free from scratches, stains, or other damage
- Complete – including all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date
What “Like New” Means
We understand you need to try on your strap or belt to ensure proper fit. Light try-on wear is acceptable, but items should not show signs of:
- Extended daily wear or permanent creasing
- Scuff marks, scratches, or discoloration
- Exposure to water, oils, or other substances
- Removal or damage to any buckles, hardware, or stitching
How to Return
- Contact us within 30 days at support@springmadeshop.com to initiate your return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Package securely in original packaging when possible
- Ship to the address we provide (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless item was defective)
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Original payment method will be credited (minus original shipping costs for change-of-mind returns)
- Exchanges can be arranged for different sizes or colors, subject to availability
Exceptions
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Items returned after 30 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion
- Damaged or excessively worn items will be returned to customer at their expense
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at support@springmadeshop.com. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and full refund including original shipping costs.
